Patrick Kemper from WaterSports Central came to service our boat last Friday, and unfortunately determined that it needed to go to your facility for the needed repairs.  I wanted to let you know he went "above and beyond" what I expected a service technician to do, and how much I appreciated him!  He not only offered to help take our boat out of the water to tow it back to your dealership, but even helped attach the trailer to his truck.  He tried to get the boat out using the ramp that we have on our property, and when that proved unsuccessful, he never acted like it was any kind of trouble at all to drive over to the marina and get it out there.  And with a storm on the way that we could see getting closer by the minute!  I felt that his willingness to do whatever it took to get our boat to your service department and his extreme helpfulness deserved a letter to you.  I was VERY impressed - and oh, so grateful for his help!  When our boat needs future service, I hope we are able to have him work on it!  Sincerely yours, Kathleen

    Mr. Crowe:

My name is Scott Kelly and I have been a Watersports Central customer for many years. Your sales and service team has always provided exceptional service, but occasionally they go way above and beyond. What’s most amazing is that they all see themselves as just doing their jobs and taking care of customers, not doing anything special. But, let me assure you they do. In my experience, more people tell you what’s wrong or share the bad things, and not enough take time to tell you all the great things or even say “THANK YOU”.

This past weekend, I had just picked up my 2013 X-10 from service Friday evening and took it out to Bald Ridge Saturday afternoon with 2 families for an afternoon of fun. We had just had the 100 hour service completed and unfortunately, the boat wouldn’t crank on the trailer when launching and the crew at the dealership was light that afternoon. Stephanie took my call and had incredible sense of urgency. She dispatched Jody to my location who got to me quickly and he was very familiar with the boat and was able to diagnose that we had a fuel pump malfunction. I followed him back to the dealership and he and the crew had me repaired and back to the water again in just over an hour. I was blown away by the professionalism and extreme customer support provided that afternoon in my time of need, and as I mentioned this is just one of the many examples of exemplary service your crew provides.

Sonny is also always outstanding. He cares about every customer and treats everyone like they are the MVP at the dealership. Jenan runs warranty like I’ve never seen—WOW!! She is on top of everything and goes above and beyond with every need. Chris and Stephanie are wonderful to work with in parts, and have so much expertise which is awesome. Stephen and Matt are excellent in Service. They are prompt, detailed oriented, and always accessible. The entire team (end to end) does an absolutely incredible job. And, the sales staff is also great. I love the surf nights, although I haven’t been able to attend many this season. I want to personally say thank you to everyone at Watersports Central for all you do for me and I will share these great stories with everyone I meet in the boating and water sports community.

     With utmost appreciation,

     Scott Kelly

My daughter and her friend went out on the Mastercraft X23 with Andy (WaterSports Central-Seneca) tonight, on Lake Hartwell. Had an awesome evening! None of us had ever surfed before, but with Andy's great teaching, and constant encouragement, he had the girls up and surfing like old pros in no time. He even helped get this old guy (me) out of the water and surfing.  So glad Watersports Central put on this event. Awesome time on an awesome boat with an awesome instructor, who taught us all how to surf in one evening.  Now I get to take my Mastercraft (bought from Watersports Central through Andy) out tomorrow and start surfing behind it.  Can't wait!  A big thanks to Watersports Central for putting on this event

    Enjoying our new 225 Crownline!

    John Odom, @

Sherry and I grew up boating and stayed in the sport by renting boats. When we figured we had rented 20 boats and the kids were getting older and really liked boating, we decided to buy. We started off looking at Regals and liked them pretty well, but when we drove the Crownline 270 SS we knew that was the right boat for us. We like to go tubing, kneeboarding and skiing, as well as just dropping the anchor in a cove and going swimming. We keep our boat on Lake Lanier, and it’s a huge lake, so we like having a larger boat for safety when it gets rough. There are also some really nice boutique lakes in this part of Georgia, such as Lake Burton, that are also fun. My wife and I like to fish, and even though the Crownline isn’t a fishing boat, we can fish off the stern easily. WaterSports Central has made the boat-buying experience a pleasure. The customer service after the sale has been excellent.

    Jeff and Connie, @

My wife Connie and I met you Saturday at the Atlanta boat show in the Watersports Central booth. You spent a ½ hour walking us through the prototype Crownline right by the office in the center. Well we left Atlanta with lots of ideas and more research. We then attended the Greenville, SC boat show and found ourselves gravitating back to the E2 we originally started looking at. Late in the show Andy & Ricky at WSC offered us the Promo boat . . . which was the actual one on the floor at both Atlanta & Greenville, SC. I just finalized paperwork with Andy at their Seneca, SC office last week and am waiting to pick her up March 4th – can’t wait!!

I wanted to thank you for all your expertise at the Atlanta show, it is this time spent by both you and the guys with Watersports Central that helped guide us to making the right decision for our purchase. Yes, Crownline quality speaks volumes too, but being in sales myself it’s still the personal efforts that make a deal win-win. You and the WSC team have that nailed. My test run, paperwork and meeting the service techs at the Watersports Central Seneca location has all been an exceptional experience. Andy Lockey has gone above and beyond – just wish I could run into more people with customer skills and expertise like you both.

This is our present to ourselves for two girls through college . . . and that is why she is being christened 2 Degrees.

Thanks again for your time and expertise in the WSC booth, and know you have helped make another happy boat owner couple!

    Best of luck to you,

    Jeff & Connie Wilson

Hi potential Bryant Boat buyers. I want to share my outstanding customer service experience with the Bryant Boat team. I purchased with 2015 21' boat with the surf package. It is the first year this model was offered with these features. First the pre-sale experience was low pressure and high responsiveness to my questions. After delivery of the boat the Bryant team collaborated with Watersports C...entral to make sure I knew everything about the boat, but this where the customer experience was great for me. After test driving the boat there was some modifications that needed to be made, and without any hesitation the WaterSports Central team brought the boat back to the plant and made the investments of the required resources to make things perfect. This is a best practice every industry should adopt. The boat was delivered back to me in 10 days and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Bryant Boats and Watersports Central clearly believe that their success is only measured by the customers success. i have had numerous fellow water sport enthusiasts ask me about my boat the performance, surf package and overall look. I am happy to share my buying experience and high satisfaction through the whole buying process. Go get a Bryant from WaterSports Central!

    Brad, Fair Play@

Buying a MasterCraft from you was a pleasure, and afterwards, the quality service that we have received at your dealership has been above and beyond the call...

Thanks for another great year and all you do for your customers.  I wish you and your families a wonderful holiday season and a very happy new year!!

Thanks very much!  You are the best!

Thank you for your work on the boat.  And, thank you Jenan for your patience with us and all of the extra work.  It is greatly appreciated.

    Chris, @

Been meaning to get around to this for awhile and just keep forgetting.  I just wanted to say thank you for getting that traducer ordered and installed for me.  I took the boat out Father's Day and it worked great!  Thanks again for the great service!

    Tory, @

I really appreciate you coming out to fix my stereo.  Everything works great now.  Thanks again!

    Duane, @

I have had nothing but great experiences with Greg and Jenan since purchasing my '06 X2 from you, which is my first MasterCraft boat.  I couldn't be happier with my purchase and my experience with everyone currently at WaterSports.  I look forward to working with everyone there for service and other needs that arise on my boat.

    Chris Baerman, @

I just wanted to say thank you for getting that triducer ordered and installed for me.  Took it out father's day and it worked great.  Took it out again this weekend of course and all seems to be right with the world.  Thanks again for the great service.

    Myra and Ted DeVit, @

Myra and I would like to thank you, Tom, for the tour of the factory, and a look at our new boat. To say we have been excited in anticipation at seeing the 294 for the first time would be an understatement, and we were not disappointed. This is a beautiful vessel we cannot wait to take possession of.

I would also like to compliment, and acknowledge, the folks who have consistently proved why Crownline is our choice of boats. We were first introduced to Crownline at the Atlanta boat show in 2012. Myra and I were looking for a pretty specific set of characteristics, and at almost every booth we were shown what they had, not what we wanted. Then we ran into Eddie Marszalek at the WaterSports Central booth. He listened, asked a few questions, and did not automatically take us to the most expensive boat we described we could afford. We spent the rest of the afternoon revisiting booth and comparing the other offerings with what we saw in the Crownline CR260 Eddie suggested we consider. Comparing may be an unfair word to use, as after about 5 hours, we realized there was no comparison in the build quality and attention to detail on the CR260. We bought the 260, Eddie and Ricky took the time to guide us through the boat on the water and to our slip, and a relationship was formed. These guys are great, Johnny should be very proud of his team, they took time and made sure we were ready and comfortable with our new toy. WC’s service, and the entire staff speak proudly when they speak of Crownline, and rarely does anyone pass our slip without stopping and looking closely at it as there are not that many of the CR line on Lanier. That is changing.

As we began to spend more time on the boat, our needs became more specific and expanded. Before the 2013 boat show, we expressed the need to step up, and Eddie did not hesitate in telling us about the “skunk works” 294 in the pipeline. He arranged for us to meet Tom Dowell at the 2013 show, we spent 2 hours talking about our next purchase, and spent the next 5 months drooling over the tidbits Eddie and Tom could share. Tom was great, being very honest, giving us characteristics without flashy superlatives, and explaining the intention of the still “in the works “294. We made the decision to wait, and after the visit to the plant, our decision to wait was justified.

At the plant we got to meet as young man who is as passionate and committed to his work as we occasionally see in car building for auto racing, a sport Myra and I are very passionate about. There are people who work their job, people who love their job, and the rare ones that would probably do it even if they did not get paid. Nathan was wonderful, and in his understated way, he portrayed that Crownline may be selling this boat, but you could see it was his heart and soul that were in it. The attention to detail and boaters needs was amazing. His pride in the little things most folks would probably never notice is old school and old world, a craftsman going back to the days of hand built, one of a kind ships that we the signature of a shipbuilder, not just a boat to sell. He took time from what he was doing to explain and show us the 294, and it is exactly what we described to Eddie and Tom some 6 months ago. Despite the timeline to get Hull 1 out, he and Tom spent enough time with us to listen to what we wanted and had concerns about, all the time keeping 1 eye on his team doing the final fitting and assembly on the one he is preparing to send overseas. He also had a unique ability to talk tech and shop with me, but switch very quickly to the aesthetics Myra is so keen on, and talked color and texture, look and lines with her which is something I cannot do. When Mammas happy, the world is good. She is both an ex Pro water skier (wants something she can ski behind) and a devoted Grandmother (wants something the grandchildren can be on and have fun), and this team made it easy for us to get all these things in 1 place. We both also saw folks at the plant that enjoyed what they were doing, not just people stuck on an assembly line.

You folks at Crownline should be very proud of the line that runs from Eddie, through Tom, and starts or ends with Nathan and his team, this is a quality that a lot of folks are looking for, but having a hard time finding. Getting Nathan and Tom in front of perspective owners is a tremendous sales tool, without it looking, or more importantly, sounding, like a sales tool. Eddie said we would love the visit, even if we did not decide on the 294. He was right about the visit, and his suggestions and guidance toward the 294 were dead on.

Thanks to all for the time and care you gave us, we look forward to seeing it in our slip, as soon as possible. Let us know what we can do to help, we are very proud to call ourselves Crownline Owners, and will not hesitate to show off our boat.
